Can I return my purchase?
Handmade products

We hope that you love your Little Wild One purchase. As the Little Wild One pieces are made to order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Though if there is an issue with your product by the time it has reached you, please reach out straight away!

Other products (Wooden Milestones, Reusable Milestones)

An exchange for change of mind will be offered within a week of your purchase - this does not include items on sale. The product must be in it's original packaging and must not have been used. It will be the customer's responsibility to cover any costs associated with returning the item. If you wish to exchange an item, please get in touch via the contact us page or email hello@littlewildone.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Somethings wrong with my order...

Little Wild One is dedicated to providing high quality products and each item will be thoroughly checked before it is packed up to be sent to you. If for some reason you believe that the product you received is faulty, please send an email to hello@littlewildone.com.au with your order number and photo's of the issue. The product must be sent back within 14 days of purchase in it's original packaging and must not have been used. Once it has been returned, inspected and deemed faulty, you will receive a replacement or full refund.
